Pressed carbon steel baking pans, covered on both sides with a thin layer of aluminum, combine the advantages of aluminum and steel. They do not deform at high temperatures or due to constant heating and cooling during the baking process. They shorten the baking time.
Matey Equipment pressed baking molds have a significantly higher temperature resistance and a longer service life than aluminum molds.
In addition to their high temperature resistance, pressed aluminum steel baking tins also have increased resistance to damage and corrosion. This is due to an additional aluminum layer that protects the baking pans on both sides. In the event of damage to the surface coating, the active components of AluStahl form a passive corrosion protection layer.
Additionally, our baking pans feature ribbed bottoms and sides, which allows the sides and bottom of baked goods (especially fluffy, light baked goods) to be reinforced.
In every bakery, non-stick coating is synonymous with big savings. It has a very low coefficient of friction, thanks to which the dough does not stick to the tray, which allows for lower consumption of fatty products. It also makes cleaning baking trays and molds easier.
The adhesive strength also ensures that the dough rises better. The crust forms at the right rate, bakes evenly and stays crispy.
